In the past, resume means a stack of papers where students insert all their personal information and pass up to companies and wait for interview. To challenge this status quo, Marketing Society has decided to come out with D’Challenge, an event which has the purpose of change the way resume is being presented as well as promote UTAR year 3 students as potential employees.
The themes of this event are to promote yourself as a brand and what is your achievement in life. Fresh graduates are welcomed to present yourself in a 60-second short clip where time is short and you have to present in a very creative way. Nowadays, creativity plays an important role in helping a company stands out. Therefore the same concept applies here and the rule is simple: those who have more creativity win!

We are from Marketing Society. Our objective is to help students to gain experience in organizing events and build confidence which will help them in the workplace or in their life. Besides that, we enhanced students communication skills and soft skills. We are creating best marketer or businessmen from UTAR.
